    Revived my x201 cheaply - great product - seems to be quieter than original

    Good price! My x201 would not boot, and bios said "fan error". This solved the problem. Once received, I went on youtube to follow instructions on how to install. The install mainly needed an appropriate and good Philips screwdriver for disassembly. But I took my time, followed the video, and when put back together, Presto!, my x201 was working as though nothing had happened. And it was so quiet, I wasn't even sure the fan was running! I have had the PC on constant for a few days, and it has not shown the error again! My recommendation - do the job slowly, and don't force anything when doing the work.

    Nice item for my heavy duty laptop

    My old fan was noisy and full of dust. The new one work like a charm for me. It is quite and doing its job very well. I have my laptop (x200) turned on 7x24, therefore I can confirm the fan I purchased is in perfect condition.

    Noisy, not quite the right fit for Lenovo

    This fan doesn't fit perfectly. Every time it's in use, it whines loudly, making for an annoying experience.
