    Would be excellent with a smarter headphone jack

    The extra battery system works well, the case looks great, and all the phone's external features are easy to use with the case, except the headphone jack. It comes with a headphone jack extension that solves the problem, but looks ugly--longer than necessary and black. A better-looking one designed for the case would be ideal.

    LOVE IT!!

    I got this for a Christmas gift for my daughter. My daughter, who never seemed to be too far from any electrical outlet - as in most teens these days. She loves this because she doesn't have to carry around a portable charger, all she has to do is push a button and her phone charges. She said, "She LOVES it!!" (and the color matches her phone.)

    Poor performance

    Whenever I put my phone into the Mophie it sometimes starts automatically when I turn it on and sometimes it does not. While it is on charging it keeps starting and stopping the charging process. I guess you get what you pay for. I will start saving up to but the more expensive one the Verizon store sells. Not even going to bother sending it back.
