Beware the color doesn’t match ad. Photo is lighter than actual rug. They wanted me to send it back without telling me there was no lighter color. There’s no way humanly possible to get it to fit back in the box and they said I could not return it unless it fit in the box. I took a bunch of screenshots of our conversations where they admitted it was the wrong color and then when I couldn’t get it repackaged, they said it was not their fault and refused to refund me! Thank you for your comments. We first thought that we sent the wrong color, but after you send us the image of what you received, we realized that's the color you ordered. We noticed that color may not meet your need, we are happy to refund you once we receive the item :)
