The seller claimed that they didn’t have any other complaints. I swapped this out for a passive HDMI coupler and it worked fine on a 50 foot run between 2x 25’ foot cables. I don’t have the original packaging anymore so seller won’t take return. I don’t blame them for that, I can’t recommend these to anyone for anything. Just buy a better longer fiber optic cable for anything over 6 feet.
