This SELLER used a "Bait & Switch Sales Tactic" on me. Here's what happened: I ordered 2 of the Advertised 23.00 SEER 2-ton ACEKOOL Mini-Split Air Conditioners from their Store on E-Bay, known as POPLICKY. I Paid Extra to get the 23.00 SEER units over the Standard 19.00 SEER units. They arrived in about 4 days, brought by UPS and FedEx. I unpacked one unit to DISCOVER THAT THE ENERGYGUIDE SAYS IT IS ONLY A 20.00 SEER UNIT! I Notified Poplicky immediately and told them what I discovered.

My wife ordered this item from Walmart, it's a kids electric toy vehicle, it is big so it ships in 2 boxes, we only received 1 box, called Walmart, they said to call FedEx, I did they said shipper only sent one box, Walmart said they would contact seller, 2 days went by and no emails from seller or Walmart, opened return.
