I liked how all my desktop items transfered over to my laptop without me having to do much. I also like the larger keys on the keyboard. The only problem I found is that the enter button under the number pad is right beneath the 3 button where I'm used to having the period button so I keep putting the cents part of figures on the line below!

There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .
