item was perfect except wrong gender advertised.. still a great price. . I DID NOT REFUSE TO FOLLOW ADVISE TO RETURN,, I JUST DIDNT UNDER STAND HOW TO START A RETURN.. no worries..i will regift them to my niece,, to make it easier on everyone. nothing bad to say about seller.. mistakes happen and he/she was willing to make it right.. i just didnt understand the diredtions.. and BTW buyer is a SHE not a HE..lol best of luck.. this seller has great prices for quality merch.

Buyer was offered a refund but was not able to open a return case. I then told him to take the item to the post office if he couldn't figure how to open a return case and I would refund him for the shoes. Instead he was just mad on my mistake and gave me a neutral feedback even though I offered him a choice to swap out the shoes for another pair on my website. Tried to make his life easier but he was still mad.
