Item was not as described. Ebay customer service agreed after reviewing the listing in detail. Yet seller will not allow return with shipping at my expense. I will not be purchasing from this buyer again nor likely much if at all from the Ebay platform in the future given the poor return policies and customer service.

The coat was described as a girls or child's item, 3 different times in the listing. The decription part read as follows, "Sz. M. 10-12 Girls .Measurements are 18” across and 23.5” inches long". The buyer wanted an adult size and was upset that the child's size did not fit. I have never had an adult size of that item in stock. The buyer decided it was not "as described" after the return had already been closed. It was brand new & flawless. I'm not sure what part of the decription was unclear.
