Some info that may help other buyers:  I waited several weeks before making this purchase, because I saw concerns related to lack of communication, no response, and delayed shipping. The bag arrived only 1-2 days after the tentative date, but the communication back to me was pretty much nonexistent… this could be due to managing a large number of purchases and is an opportunity for REBAG to improve.
 The bag is real and in great shape and I really love it so I’m leaving a positive review
