My cup, saucer and lid was well packed. Each item secured in bubble wrap and in the box was padded around all with newspaper. The items were as advertised and in new condition. I was disappointed that the set did not contain a tea strainer insert like my original cup.The seller could have noted this in the posting just for information but maybe the seller didn’t realize that a strainer was part of the original piece. I received what was advertised so I’m not saying anything was missing.
