Weird experience. Pillows were NOT new as stated. Seller printed the UPS shipping label on Sunday 4/7. UPS still didn't have possession of the package two days later on 4/9 so I messaged seller on eve of 4/9 asking when they would be dropping off the package to UPS. They responded the following morning (4/10) at 10:36am and said "UPS picked up the box last night.". I checked UPS tracking to find that seller had literally just dropped off the package w/ UPS at 9:38am on 4/10. Why lie about it?

The item shipped overnight, arriving in 2 days. It was received a month ago without any indication of an issue. If there was a problem, why not reach out to resolve or return the item? You requested a price reduction to match your personal set of pillows, yet now it seems this was not genuine. As a seller, it appears you're attempting to discredit us.
