    Good product for the money.

    50 foot cord is too thin and too long. It should come with a thicker cord so it doesn't tangle up. The Pest Control Guard does seem to be working all around my porch and patio.

    USELESS ITEM

    I was looking for something to keep the birds out of our pole barn, so they wouldn't be messing up our car & truck. The barn has one roll up door & the other door is a sliding wider door. The door now has a gap at the top where the birds can sneak in & roost on the rafters & do their dirty work. Of course it wasn't like that when it was new, but after time it must have shifted some. I had read up on the bird repeller & saw it worked for some people & didn't work for some. Well it hasn't done a thing to keep the birds out. I also purchased 2 of them to make sure it would cover the area, but that didn't help either. When I researched it, some people were lucky, but I must have some real persistent birds & they are not leaving.

    So far so good

    So far I have no new bird droppings on Deck railings. I still do have a sparrow trying to nest in gutter directly above where I placed unit. It does say place horizontal and direct where you'd want birds to stay away from so...... I just would have though that a mere 5' above would still keep birds out of gutter. My deck is only 12'x14' and covered. Overall I guess it's doing what is says as advertised. Time will tell if it keeps them away for the long haul. I'm happy not having to clean bird $#!t off railings!

    Got rid of pidgeons

    Installed it on the balcony with frequency in the middle and after 3 days pigeons started to leave, now after 2 weeks I have no more pigeons nesting on the balcony. Easy to install, left it always on. Great humane solution for unwanted birds.

    Works as advertised

    Place plug it in you will notice almost within a few days the amount of Bird traffic that is reduced from your porch/ deck/ or balcony. I have nothing against birds but there droppings are a hazard, there are a labor to clean and just unsanitary. After placing the balcony Guard I rarely have to spend time cleaning up bird droppings before spending time on my porch.
