11/13/23: Seller very cooperative after being notified that item had not arrived by expected date. (This is time sensitive, I need this item for a contracted project). Seller asked to me be patient, FedX should get it to me. Over the next two weeks notified seller that item not yet arrived. Seller refunded my purchase price because FedX obviously lost it. As of this morning, it has not arrived. The seller has been great to work with. If I need another item, I will surly try this seller first.
