    Enterprise class wifi for home

    Very nice wifi that I'm using for home. An excellent upgrade from a Linksys router. Still need to have a firewall to plug this into as it has no firewall builtin. Connectivity from the iPhone and iPad to this is much faster than previously to the Linksys -- which was an 802.11ac, same as this one.

    Ubiquiti is the best!

    Ubiquiti makes enterprise class products at a fraction of the cost of other brands. This WAP is very stable, easy to manager, you don't have to purchase a license or anything to install the controller, it's very flexible and can easily be complete reset via telnet or the controller without having to actually make your way into a ceiling to do it. I will always buy Ubiquiti!

    UbiquitiUniFi AP UAP-AC-LITE

    I love the design and the easy to install with this small little AP. The speed is much improved but I have a problem with it range. The signal will drop significantly if you have walls in between about 30% each wall. My old Aruba provide a better signal but it's not AC.

    End of Life do not buy

    This product is EOL from Ubiquiti and will take extra legwork to downgrade controller software to a version that will allow setup. Then anything connected to it will not show up on the software
