Item appears as described -- box had been opened, but all components are still in wrapping. Haven't installed yet. Box was delivered to the wrong address (not the shipper's fault, as the label had the correct address, but FedEx delivered it to the wrong street). Fortunately, there was a photo of the delivery location and I was able to track it down via Google Maps street view.

I purchased a vanity light fixture and was very impressed when it arrived two days later. The pricing was superb. My contractor hasn’t come to hand the fixture so,I haven’t confirmed all of the pieces are there but I’m not concerned at all. If there is an issue, they have a thirty day return policy. Or, they may have the parts I need. I would be extremely comfortable and happy to do business with these folks again.
