Seller said it's "acceptable minor damage" for them, but they don't say that in the listing for a collectible sealed box. They offered to approve a return, which is why I'm doing neutral instead of negative. I didn't want to deal with the hassle & kept it. Be Aware of this if you're buying to keep sealed!!!
