They were willing to ship it disassembled (which *greatly* cut down on shipping), and recalibrated the shipping to a very reasonable amount. The various parts of the valet arrived in very meticulous packaging. The valet was exactly as described, and it took me only about 10 minutes to assemble it. Great value; great seller to work with!
