Unfortunately the vendor didn't discover some flaws in the disc until shipment time. They weren't visible in the photos provided. An honest mistake. The merchant sent TWO letters of apology and offered to cut the price TWICE, which I believe was a good faith effort on his part. However I was only interested in like new product and had to decline. The vendor provided a speedy refund.
