It would be unreasonable and unfair for me to accuse the dealer of knowingly selling a defective player. With the sporadic nature of the problem, the player could have performed OK when the dealer tested it. The dealer paid for its easy return and sent without charge a working player, which had an additional accessory and which listed for $10 more.

When I tried to get a refund and send it back they only offered me 50% of what I paid even though they advertised 100% return guarantee for 30 days. I had it 2 days. I will take the $10 I got back and repair what it needs. Maybe it will work, maybe not. Will find out later.
