    The quality and the condition of the item were satisfactory. What was completely unsatisfactory was that the key part, the bracket that attaches the projector to the wall mount, was missing. Even more frustrating was contacting the seller directly to confirm that the part would be included, only to receive no response and a mount with no bracket. Compare the two pictures, and you will see that what was received is missing the piece that was advertised.

    We promptly issued a 100% full refund as requested and, as a goodwill gesture, also shipped the missing bracket free of charge. The buyer had agreed to remove the negative feedback once resolved, as shown in our message history. Despite fully addressing the issue and going beyond expectations, the feedback remains, which is unfair and misleading about our service quality.
