Product was as described, but shipping box was falling apart, and was surprised that nothing fell out of the box as both charges were stuffed into the same large box. Other 5han that, the chairs made it in good condition, quick shipping, and a pretty smooth transaction. Communication could be better, but it was a generic product from what I guess is a wholesaler business.
