    Best Prenatal Yoga DVD

    ...if you have any prior yoga experience this is the DVD you want. I have used five different prenatal yoga DVDs and this is by far my favorite. I actually work up a sweat. I am also excited to start the postnatal yoga after birth.

    Element Prenatal and Postnatal yoga

    I'm a beginner and am 6 months pregnant ... didn't have any problems with doing the moves. Have only done the pre-natal part but I'm sure the post natal segment will be just as great!

    Good!

    This would be my first prenatal yoga DVD and it seems good. I wish there were some more variety to it. I've already done the same routine a few times and I just can't see myself doing the same thing for the next 6 more months. But I did like it!

    Absolutely love it!

    I started using this dvd when I was in my first trimester. I am now in my sencond and still love this dvd. It is so relaxing and has really helped me stay toned and calm during my pregnancy.
