    Spare me from over engineered products by individuals that don't live in the real world!

    Basically a good phone, but unfortunately infected by runaway tech-geek engineering, which impairs its ease of use for which 98per cent of buyers buy it ie: a simple easy use flip phone! By including so many far out never to be used features, tech-geek engineering clutters its basic attraction, a simple flip phone. I must say it's better than other flip phone that I've tried, with only a few "must do a before function b will work" glitches. Gerald

    Nice phone

    I really liked this flip phone. Rated for T-Moble networks .But it failed to pick up my cellular service that was on a T mobile network. I even rode around with it pass cell towers. After days of frustration I gave up on it.It was easy to navigate and i got use to the tools quickly. Really wish it had worked.

    Fit and finish are very good. Proprietary Battery replacement potential not good. Shame on ZTE.

    While this ZTE phone has all the functions you could possibly want and appears to be sturdy and very much a good replacement for the now ancient 3G model, finding a battery to replace the current lithium battery will be impossible if the current one fails. I had to send the phone back. It’s used only for cell phone functions and a necessity for a disabled person. Without a back up battery it is too risky for our circumstances.
