Great vhf uhf antenna. I live in a HOA so no outside antennas. I stuck the antenna to a large pizza pan and stuck it up in my attic on the second floor. I have been able to reach repeaters a little over 50 miles away. The 20 inch pizza pan makes a great ground plane.

Good antenna for the money.
This antenna has a lot of nice touches such as all joints between the rods and the coil and base are adjustable, and a spring loaded center plunger in the base for good contact and a rubber ring grommet around the bottom of the base for moisture protection
