    Works great and easy to use.

    Works great to thicken homemade yogurt to a Greek style yogurt. The only shortcoming is that sometimes the water is up to the bottom of the strainer. Another 2 inches would allow for improved draining. Even with this minor flaw, a great deal of water comes out of the yogurt in the first 2 hours.

    Easy to use and clean

    I bought this to drain Ricotta Cheese to make cannoli. It worked perfectly. It can go in the dishwasher top rack so cleanup is easy too!
