    The product I ordered was not as described. Ordered a new product and received a used product that was missing some things from original packaging. When I tried to get a refund and send it back they only offered me 50% of what I paid even though they advertised 100% return guarantee for 30 days. I had it 2 days. I will take the $10 I got back and repair what it needs. Maybe it will work, maybe not. Will find out later. Hard to order any electronic equip and be sure it will work at arival.

    Beware! 3D is not 4K!!!

    The system is fine, and easy to use. I like it; however, I was ignorant about the terminology. I thought 3D and 4K were basically the same, and they are completely different. A 4K will not play on this system. The System sound is good; however, there is a maximum level as to the volume you can turn it up to. Not a problem in my home as we sit relatively close to the action. I would have liked a 4K system, and a system that allows you to individually adjust each speaker. Turn the volume up and all speakers go up simultaneously just like on your TV. You cannot adjust for distance of speakers. No fine tuning, and No 4K. So no 5 Stars from me. You need a 3D TV (I have a 4K) and you need 3D glasses (I don't have them), and so this system is a basic Blu-ray system as far as I'm concerned. I ...

    Sony BDV-E2100

    This is an excellent surround sound system for our motorhome! The only draw back with the Sony System is they do not support the Plex Media Sharing Apps!! Other than that it is a great system. I also have added a powered sub-woofer that really makes this system rock!

    'almost perfect'

    dvd player work great ..teriffic picture and sound..but..sony coustomer service blows big time..and the other major drawback is it should be easier to make the sound come out of the t.v. when your signal source is your laptop..which is why i gave it 4 stars and not 5

    Been using for 2 years and still holding strong

    This Blu-ray system is terrific. It is attractive, easy to set up and use, and comes with just about every feature you could want. The sound is powerful and quite pleasing; when turned up loud enough, it feels as if you are in a movie theatre with the deep booms. My only complaints: I wish you could modify the individual aspects of the sound (i.e. treble, mid, bass, sub) as opposed to just changing the mode (auto, movie, music). There are occasional connectivity issues or problems reading digital files, but they never last: restarting the device usually fixes it immediately. I would definitely recommend this sound system, I have had mine for two years and have loved every minute.

    This is the second Sony system I've had, I wanted a blu- ray system without having to have 2 oieces so I bought an Rca system at Wal-Mart on sale and was thoroughly dissappointed. I went on Ebay and ordered the Sony, It is like comparing a volkswagon to a caddilac. It will overpower a small room but phenominal in a medium sized Room, I can't express the pleasure and richness of sound
