Item fell apart so seller offered refund. However, due to my negligence I wasn't able to respond before the 30 days had passed so I missed my refund window. It wasnt sellers fault they fell apart. Theres no way of knowing until worn ,So all in all the seller was fair considering circumstances and did what was right. So they still get A+++ in my book since they were fast to respond and didn't hesitate to cordially give me a full refund.
