Item arrived timely but bleach powder was all over the box and products. My biggest fear would be that the product had been replaced with a cheaper product. I do not know what happened. Google showed no problem with the product popping open during shipping. This company has terrible customer service. No response and I even sent pictures of the mess. All i really wanted from them was reassurance as to what may have happened.

    Leaves hair clean and shiny.

    Been using Nioxin shampoo for a long time. Started using it when my hair started grow back after chemo treatments in 2000. Have been using it since. Has really helped with my hair thinning out on top of my head.
