I have sold multiple quantities of this headset to many buyers without any issues. The headset kit was fully tested before sending it out, it is fully operational. It's possible the buyer's PC was not VR-compatible. Additionally, the buyer never contacted me to try to resolve the problem. I do my best to assist any buyers and can't really be responsible if the buyer's VR isn't VR compatible as I didn't sell the buyer the PC along with the VR set.

    Ive had every vr well most but this one is junk what good is a head set of you can't use it. the face goes up but once down it won't stay close to your face blurry almost no sweet spot this is a disaster fogs up with the heat in minutes the worst headset out there

    Only Redeeming Quality is The Screen Everything Else is Trash In Comparison To Competition

    Pros: great Image quality 90hz display Cons: too expensive ($650) Tracking is some of the worst i have ever seen coming from someone who owns every oculus headset windows mixed reality and the original vive. more expensive then better headsets. WMR(~$300 Used) Oculus rift S/Quest($400 New) Oculus Rift CV1(~$350 Used) HTC VIVE Original(~$450 Used) Summary: if ALL (and i mean ALL) you want is a good looking screen get this. if you want anything else get a Rift S if you want something new Or A WMR Headset if you want something cheap, and if you need to get an HTC Headset Get a Used OG Vive WMR= Windows Mixed Reality

    Not comfortable, too pricey!!!

    I have the VIVE pro VR headset and there comfort ability is night and day. The VIVE pro is sooo much more comfortable than the cosmos. The cosmos had my neck feeling fatigued and sometimes even my cheeks and forehead and lower neck. It’s aboutfinding the sweet spot for the best confit and eventually I found it . Even then, it’s not very comfortable for long sessions. The lens quality is where this headset shines. The graphics are sooo beautiful and very immersive. Their is really no noticeable issue with screen door effect. The biggest problem is the tracking. The controllers suck. And at that point the price is a slap in the face. I would not purchase this headset for more than $500 new.

    I recommend anybody to own a cosmos it's a very good headset.

    I have mid grade gaming PC and my cosmos has played everything I've got off of steam like boneworks, no man's sky,and wonderer.
