Item arrived timely but bleach powder was all over the box and products. My biggest fear would be that the product had been replaced with a cheaper product. I do not know what happened. Google showed no problem with the product popping open during shipping. This company has terrible customer service. No response and I even sent pictures of the mess. All i really wanted from them was reassurance as to what may have happened.

    Best I've Found for Thinning, Dry Hair

    After a week or so of using the product nightly my wife noticed improvement in the appearance of my hair. The first time I used it my hair felt so 'squeaky' after rinsing that I was concerned about whether it had removed all the natural oils. But I believe regular use of this shampoo exclusively has a cumulative effect in restoring hair to a more youthful, healthy condition than others I've tried over the years. I've used it for a few weeks now and plan to continue using it for as long as my hair continues to improve.

    Great for Thinning Hair

    This is the best product I've found for thinning hair. Be sure to use it with the Nioxin System #1 conditioner. It seems a bit pricy until you realize that a little goes a long way. My thin spot has almost completely disappeared after using these products as directed for just over a year. The ever-so-lite clean scent is hardly noticeable and the cooling menthol effect is wonderful!

    The BEST ever!

    .I have very thick, but very fine hair....so I use it to bulk it up, not for thinning and it works so well for that! I read reviews saying it has changed from original..but I differ on that ..it's the same as it's always been and I've been using it for years. Even the scent hasn't changed...I love the cool mint that leaves your scalp feel invigorated! I'll never switch!

    Great Product

    I started using this 3 years ago when I noticed considerable thinning of the hair at my temples. It took a few months but the hair grew back, and the rest of my hair appeared to thicken. I now use it about 2 times a week, it is not a harsh product and leaves my hair feeling soft. I wouldn't be without it!

    I love this duo! As a 56 year old woman, my hair was falling out (possibly hormonal issues), and started thinning near my temples. I've been using Nioxin for about six weeks, and I have noticed considerable change. Not much hair in the drain, and my hair is starting to feel thicker.
