I decided to cut each guard in half (2") and see how they worked. I measured where the front door would hit the wall and then put the edge back to the back of the garage in case the vehicle was parked further back. The back door was considerable lower I did the same thing. Then I pulled the truck in nose first as some have parked it and did the same thing.
