I received a poorly packaged item that contained no protective materials to prevent damage while in transit. The item arrived defective/none working item that was not described in the description or in the details. When I contacted the seller to address this matter, the responses were not timely or empathetic. I was offered $20 as a partial refund for a purchased item costing more than $100. This was not the experience I expected and am not happy with this transaction.

This seller who initially advertised another listing as a box of 6 British Rose hand creams at $19.50 free shipping as they stated in the listing description, implying a unit price of around $3.5 each. And based on this order I made with them (with a $6.5 unit price), $19.90 was a box bundle price.
However, after placing my order for 5 boxes, the seller claimed that $19.50 was the price per tube, which was contrary to its description and canceled my order when I disputed. 😡
