I used the brackets for patterns. The bar stock material thickness is nearly 15% thinner than original which causes the seat clamps to fit loose. The angle brackets are pretty light weight weight as well. NOT OEM quality. Cheap! Beware of these if the need for an insurance claim arises. I suspect there is a liability issue and that's why there are no instructions provided. (P.S., this has nothing to do with the seller, just an inferior product that is sold from many different sellers).
