My items were wrapped in plain brown paper which got very wet as we had rain the day it arrived. The boxes inside did get wet, but dried well and did not suffer any damage.     Easy outdoor sound

    Simple to install brackets and I love that I can easily remove the speakers and use them inside as well as keep them safe. It took awhile but eventually they paired consistently. In the beginning I had to connect and disconnect but they pair immediately now. Someone had said they wanted higher volume but I've discovered that it depends on the source app.

    Batteries Junk

    Sound is great. But be prepared to keep them plugged in. The batteries don't take a good charge. I even bought 2 sets of them. The second set was better but the batteries are Junk.

    Volume level

    I love that the speakers were easy to install. The only thing I do not like about it is that the volume level is low. To actually hear it the volume will be on max. I like that it is portable.

    do not work properly

    when you pair the speakers they cu out every 3 or 4 minutes. The master will work by it self but if paired cut out. Bought 2 sets and both do the same thing. I enned up just using the MASTER SPEAKER BT IT SELF
