Purchase was easy & arrived when promised. Bought for a backup phone so don't mind scratches & dings as long as it works. Only thing that DOES work - makes & receives calls, texts & emails. BUT I have to fight with it to get that. When there's a blank screen it looks like glowing clouds are peeking thru. (Radio active -?) Have to tap screen 5 to 10 x's before it responds at all. There's so many things wrong & I'm limited on space. So to sum up: I think this phone's been rode hard & put away wet.

Item was as described, and it works well. The USPS packaging wasn't stellar, but the seller did put a plastic screen protector on the phone to keep the screen safe during transit. The seller was courteous and responded to all my questions. I also liked that they gave a comprehensive description of the phone, including its IMEI, its cosmetic rating, and what networks it would work on. Overall, I had a good experience with this seller, and I would definitely buy from them again.
