Not to be confused with the darker series simply titled SONIC THE HEDGEHOG, which also aired in 1993, this light-hearted television show followed the famous video game varmint and his little fox buddy Tails as they continually thwarted the evil Dr. Robitnik and his bumbling robotic henchman, Scratch and Tumbler. Jaleel White of FAMILY MATTERS fame provides the voice for the titular blue speed-demon.
