I order 2 shelf frames. They arrived quickly but 1 box was missing 1 piece out 12. Messaged Ebay of the missing piece. Ebay told me to contact the seller. The seller on the invoice had no contact information and not searchable on the internet. However, all the part info was the same for another supplier. So, I emailed this other supplier with my story, who then gave me an email address to my seller. Emailed the seller with the same story, who forwarded my message to Ebay who sent the part.
