The factory installed webcam had a picture the first day I tried it but later when I tried to use the camera all I got was a black screen. The camera itself does work but the video screen is the problem. This seems to be a common problem with Microsoft cameras. I don't fault the seller for Microsoft's ongoing problem. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

When I received this laptop, I WAS SURPRISED. My laptop had not one scratch on it, not one!!! When I plugged it in, IT WORKED excellent! It charged fully in one hour, one hour. I have never had a computer or phone that charged that fast. I am satisfied with my purchase!!!
