Item arrived timely but bleach powder was all over the box and products. My biggest fear would be that the product had been replaced with a cheaper product. I do not know what happened. Google showed no problem with the product popping open during shipping. This company has terrible customer service. No response and I even sent pictures of the mess. All i really wanted from them was reassurance as to what may have happened.

    Great color, shine and softness

    Great product. I'm allergic to hair dyes and Henna. Cellophane is the only product I'm able to use. It colors the gray, and leaves my hair super shiny and soft.

    really contains no allergens
