Item arrived timely but bleach powder was all over the box and products. My biggest fear would be that the product had been replaced with a cheaper product. I do not know what happened. Google showed no problem with the product popping open during shipping. This company has terrible customer service. No response and I even sent pictures of the mess. All i really wanted from them was reassurance as to what may have happened.

    This is a good product, it is a good for use to brighten hair in between hair coloring. It usually last for several washing, it is not a dye.
