Packaged well. Impressed and happy with my perchance. This cutter is fast and relatively quiet. With some common sense, the stand is relatively easy to put together. It took me about 20 minutes. It comes with Signmaster CutBasic v5 ARMS ED. I would suggest upgrading at least to the PRO version.

Tool set (14 pieces) was inadequately packaged. It arrived with one end split open and two pieces missing. Seller ignored my first message explaining the situation and asking that he make good the two missing pieces. After my second message he offered to refund 20% of my purchase price, that was his only offering. So, I have an incomplete tool set and he's out a few bucks. Lose/lose. Don't do business with this guy, I won't be.
