Removes even resistant blue dye
Okay, it took sets of packets to remove all the blue, but it got all of it out and lifted my natural color a few levels too. The 3 photos are before, after one set of packets, and after 2 sets. The dye I had in my hair was Manic Panic voodoo blue. I used Igora Royal 3% 10 volume oil developer, about the same amount as the packets contained in volume so the mix was approximately 1:1:1.
