Item arrived timely but bleach powder was all over the box and products. My biggest fear would be that the product had been replaced with a cheaper product. I do not know what happened. Google showed no problem with the product popping open during shipping. This company has terrible customer service. No response and I even sent pictures of the mess. All i really wanted from them was reassurance as to what may have happened.

    Not At All What I Wanted Though

    I wanted the old conditioner with this SAME NAME that dries like a hard protein on your hair and feeds it shiny and nicely. This was a soft conditioner and I am going to keep it but it is NOT AT ALL what I wanted. It was very expensive also but I don't have the time to send it back. I will eventually use it. But it's not what I am used to having with the same name.
