This is negative because in the end the seller said we will take care of it, and I’m Having to send broken humidifier back before I get a refund when I asked her for Another product and shared pictures. Fast shipping great communication but not a good way to Do business when it wasn’t my fault. Said it was a pain for her to ship me another one because she lives in the country…. Well then why do this business? She says it’s the shipper fault but I see another neg review with same issue.

THIS IS SAD !!! BUYER STATED IT WAS HARD BECAUSE HE LIVES IN COUNTRY, I Replied I Understand, I live in the country & it can be stressful - I REPLACED HIS ITEM ONCE - Both Got Damaged AFTER HE ADMITTED HE BROKE HIS OWN- Buyer asked for another on SUNDAY- I responded I was busy w/ Kids & Bowling League, I would get back with him - Today buyer demanded a refund & threatened me with negative feedback - I told buyer it would be best if he returned the item HE WOULD GET A FULL REFUND

    film on everything!

    This humidifier clogged my furnace filter and had to have a repair man out to replace a safety censer also left a film on everything allover in my home. Not easy to get off either. It is more them just dust in a small area as they say in the literature. It is on the furniture, the window, every surface I have We are getting ride of both unites we have in 2 bedrooms. The fill tank is heavy when it is full. I have to make two trips with a water picture to fill them. I would NOT recommend this product!
