    Purse was really damaged. More damaged than described in the description. I was very disappointed to get it in the mail. The purse was falling completely apart . Seller refused to give me a partial refund so that l could get it fixed. Instead, l was told to give her the purse back for a full refund. It was impossible to be mailed in that kind of condition. Thankfully, l found someone to fix it for me. Seller wanted the purse and make an insurance claim for her self not on my behalf.

    Buyer made a low ball offer which I declined. She paid full price then claimed purse was damaged and wanted a partial. I offered full refund on return of the purse which she declined. Her comment about me making the insurance claim would have been my right as the seller as she would have been refunded her purchase price. Unreasonable buyer.
