My items were wrapped in plain brown paper which got very wet as we had rain the day it arrived. The boxes inside did get wet, but dried well and did not suffer any damage.     Enjoying experimentation, but mostly guesswork with no recipes (no smart phone for app).

    I like that it's relatively lightweight, and the red color. I've only used it two times so am still getting used to it and experimenting with it. I wish I had access to your recipes in another format, as I don't have a smart phone. A pdf perhaps?

    Philips needs to provide specific recommendation on temperature and cook time for different model

    Would give 5 stars but recipe from Philips ( booklet and online) not specific for this model that has less power than the XL. Not helpful at all. I have to experiment different temperature and cook time for difference dishes.

    Great appliance

    We were really not certain what to expect from this air fryer, but it has been really great. Don't expect it to be like a deep-fat fryer, but it turns out a great approximation of deep-fat fried foods. I will say the biggest surprise is how well it cooks fish--we have taken filets, whole trout, and other pieces of fish, simply seasoned them and rubbed them with oil and in 10-14 minutes you have restaurant quality preparations.

    Simple, but Functional

    Love the reddish-orange color. This is a super simple model, but gets the job done. The basket comes apart for easy cleaning. I wish there was a "cancel" button to stop remaining cooking time when food is done earlier than expected, but it really works fine.
