      Great for home/office.

      I bought this and the matching seat bottom because I drive an over the road truck and just spent 7 weeks dealing with low back compression. These cushions works wonders in an office chair and even in my recliner. I highly recommend them for home or office sitting. They didn't work out for my trucking though unfortunately though I do love them at home and carry them from seat to seat. High density memory foam that holds great shape and seems to be a very quality piece.

      Works!!

      My wife had major back surgery, 2 operations 1 1/2 years apart to stabilize her osteoporosis weakened spine. Riding in the car was extremely painful. This pillow relieved much of that and delivered support on twists and turns in the road. She is totally pleased. This costs more than many similar pillows on the marked but has received uniformly good reviews. If it works, it's worth the money.
