    The problem was not with the seller at all. As a matter of fact, the seller was quick to respond and resolve the problem. The problem was with the shipper. One out of two of the plates that I received was broken and the seller quickly sent me a full refund, no questions asked. I did send picture proof of the damaged item. Nevertheless, as I said not fault of the seller at all. The package was wrapped completely, I do not see how it could have gotten broken, but it did.
