    Really handy to have for pot luck parties

    Author Phyllis Pellman Good's recipes serve a crowd. Make them on the stove top or in the oven. Each one includes nutritional information checked by the American Diabetes Association. Everyone in my family (including one cousin who has Type 2 diabetes) loves the dessert recipes included in this fine cookbook. If you enjoy using a slow cooker, also get the companion cookbook called "Fix-it and Forget it Diabetic Cookbook.
