almost new except for some dust on cooling fan edge, small particles on CPU housing fins... Careful with unprotected CPU adapter fins for used chassis... I blow them (heatsink material) before I install my CPU. Luckily, this unit works like charm after I install all missing parts from my old unit (Optiplex 5050 MT)
